Refund Policy

My Reviewer One is operated by Fork Systems Konrad Dębski, ul. Broniewskiego 10, 05-850 Duchnice, Poland. Paddle.com acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR) for all paid plans and one-time purchases. Payments, taxes, currency conversion, and invoices are handled by Paddle.

14‑Day Refunds

If you don’t like the reviews and reports generated by the system, we’ll refund you in full provided you: 1) request the refund within 14 calendar days of delivery of the report, and 2) provide an explanation of why our product did not meet your expectations, including specific concerns or inaccuracies identified in the report.

What Is Covered

  • One‑time report purchases: eligible for a full refund within 14 days of report delivery.
  • Subscriptions: eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days from subscription start.

What Is Not Covered

  • Refund requests submitted after the applicable 14‑day window.
  • Charges not processed by Paddle (e.g., any third‑party reseller not acting as MoR).
  • Obvious misuse, fraud, or abuse of the policy.

How to Request a Refund

Please email refund@myreviewer.one from the email address used at checkout and include your order number. If your purchase was made via Paddle, you may alternatively contact Paddle support.

Timing and Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider; most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after approval. Paddle manages the refund settlement and timing.

Subscriptions After Refund

If a subscription refund is granted within the first 14 days, the subscription will be canceled immediately to prevent further billing.
